The will for change

Woke was born in 2016, through restlessness and desire to make a difference.
Fábio and Guilherme, founders and two of the company’s partners until today, traveled the world sharing their experience in top leadership recruitment, studying and maturing a new vision. Its focus was one: the transformation.

Along with experts in business, technology and organizational behavior, they have been expanding their energy with a group of extremely talented nonconformists who have decided to look beyond the recruitment market.

With too many questions and answers to be discovered, they understood that it was necessary to bring a new vision of what the future of work is, to the human being and how they adapt to the times in which we live.

In 2021, WOKE North America was launched with Zuca Palladino, one of the late co-founders to expand and adapt Woke’s methodology to the most competitive startup market in the world.
